These folks were amazing. While my support contract had expired, the were so proactive in handling the slight challenges I had with setting up their slideshow. Their response rate was impeccable and they helped to get the project done on time.

Previously, I used a Slideshow Module on my Joomla 2.5.8 Installation and I pulled my hair trying to get it working on IE 8.
I went back to the drawing board and tried Diapo Slideshow 2.9 instead. At first I had configuration problems, but after a speedy support from Infyways Support, got the Slideshow working on IE 8, Chrome v. 23 , and Firefox.

I have tried may slide show modules but needed something that works both on computers, iPads, iPhones, etc. I was also under time pressure from my client. This has to be not only the easiest slide show to install and use it is really feature packed. Works right out of the box! I also needed some custom tweaking and the support was extremely helpful and very fast. Great job guys!
I've used a few paid slideshow scripts and came across Diapo when I had some template/script issues causing loading time problems with another popular slideshow script.
Module is easy to install and back end controls are easy to understand and modify compared with plenty of options to create a customized slideshow.
Support was easy to contact and the response time was great.
Will be using Diapo again on more sites.

I agree a great extension knowledgeable and great support. Especially useful if you want to be compatible with Iphone and the Ipad!!
It is a great extension but I did have problems because I use the JAT3 Framework. These guys persisted until they had everything fixed and working perfectly. There are very, very, very few extensions for Joomla with this level of knowledgeable and dedicated support. Well done guys!
I purchased this module after viewing the demo and initially had a problem with a conflicting plugin. In less than an hour, I raised a support ticket, received reply, provided URL & login details and had the problem fixed for me by the developer.

Great slideshow. Great support. Answered my questions quickly. Will use again and again. I would like to see in future updates the slider toggle on/off in back end slideshow options.
This slideshow looks nice, but note that it does not work in any internet explorer version lower than IE9. Since many users have not upgraded to this version for my site it was not workable (I thought it was all set up and then I got e-mails from users saying they could not see the slideshow-- they just see a big white space where the slideshow should be). Support did respond quickly and they informed me that the slideshow isn't supported for any IE browsers less than IE9. I'm reviewing because I don't want someone else to make the same mistake.

We have already mentioned that the slideshow has many features and some of them are not supported by old versions of IE.The Diapo image slideshow module works fine in all new and modern browsers.
Needed some help initially after installation but after logging a support request the features I wanted were added and the issue was resolved in lightning time. This extension should be even better after a few minor improvements. Great job!
