We use this extension to allow our users to have a single sign-in for both Joomla access and Kayako support ticket submission / review etc.
The extension worked fine for almost a year, then we had an issue caused by our web host upgrading PHP.
The guys at Joomplace went out of there way to help us even so long after purchase and quickly sorted the issue.
