JFusion
I needed a way to log users into and out of phpBB3 seamlessly by simply logging in to Joomla 1.5. JFusion claimed it would so that, and it does. Requires reading the instructions, and a bit of thought to grasp how it works, but it integrates the log-in between Joomla and phpBB3 flawlessly. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, and does it well. Couldnt be more pleased. It does a lot more than this, but that is all I need it for.

Product Slideshow for Virtuemart
I've installed a lot of modules, only to uninstall them later because they were buggy or did not work as claimed. This is one module I've kept and will use.

The install was flawless, and while there's not much documentation, not much is needed. Just open the module page in the admin side of joomla, and the whole right side is fields for configuration. I played with different settings for about ten minutes, and had a great working module block that changes images automatically. We can show or not show short descriptions, etc.

My hat is off to the developer of this fine module.

Article Lister
This module solved a real problem for me. I needed to display one article a day on our site. We had 15 (+/-) articles in a category, all published, but only one active, the rest were either pending or expired. This module selects only the published and active articles from that one category, and displays them under a menu heading in a column on the front page. I spent three days, off and on, trying to figure out how to accomplish this, and this module did it.
Simple install and setup. Parameter definitions are intuitive. Can't say "thank you" enough for this one!

Ulti Sudoku
Install was easy, quick, and error free. the display is simple and clean, does include a link back to their site, which is only fair.

One drawback of this extension (the only negative I can see)is that the width of the square is not flexible. It is too wide to fit in any of our side columns, so it's in a much less favorable spot, which is the only place the image will fit.

Other than that, it does what it says, and is a neat extension. If the admin had some control over the width, it would rate five stars.
