DJ Image Slider
I was putting off installing a "slider" extension, since I expected difficulties, yet today I installed DJImageSlider (component + module), and it took me very little time to configure it, and it works as expected, on all the browsers that I tested it.

So I can sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple (but flexible), clean and working solution to your site's image sliding needs :)

Well done, and thank you very much!

PS It would be nice to be able to configure per slide whether the title is displayed - perhaps I couldn't find this feature? But even without it this is a great extension.

Version 1.1 didn't work for me, yet I contacted the developer via the contact form on their site, and the response was quick, investigating my site, and providing a new version to address my problem (the content titles are links on my site, and the plugin did not cater for such config).

The updated version (1.2) works perfectly for me, so I happy with both the plugin, and with the support I received.

This extension had all the social sites that I needed included (and more!), thanks to using the AddThis service. Installation and configuration was really straightforward thanks to a very detailed guide on the developer's site.

The only issue that I had was with the new "counter"-button, which forced me to use another standard one, and also PHP warnings were displayed, and I switched off maximum warning level (which is recommended anyway).

These small problems don't stop me from applauding this extension, though, it is very useful for my site and its visitors.

Hi Anton42. Thank you for the kind words and the feedback too. Yes these PHP notices are known, but they don't hinder the functionality of the plugin at all.
