1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
The earlier version does not support using flickr sets. But works if you are not using sets, and works very well.
1.2 and 1.3 support sets, but I was unable to install version 1.3.
1.2 installs OK but cannot get sets to work.
There is no real documentation for this module and there is no means to contact the developer.
All in all I really like this extension and would recommend it, but if you need to use sets, then it may not be the answer
1. Hiding/Showing menu links does not always work well depending on your template menu system. (e.g. if you are using/modifying templates from joomlart or yootheme, you may find things not as straightforward as juga suggest.
2. Search - we found that you could hide/show content easily enough based on user groups, but that content can still be found if you search for it. Which kind of defeats the purpose.
3. Links to Sections/Categories - If you are displaying a list of links e.g with a section list those articles that you have set to be hidden will still show.
4. It is recommended that you only 'synchronize' your content with JUGA when you first install, but we found that site items did not always show up.
Overall we like this component and feel the developers have done a good job and addressing something that we will all find useful.
We are sticking with it and will use it again. We recommend it.
However, It only searches menu, article, section, category and modules. So if you have a component that you are adding content too (e.g. Jobline) then it will not search that.
It is good for simpler sites, but not for the more complex.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I will do my best to resolve your wish!
Installed OK, but photos do not upload even although the messages say they have. Obviously settings have to be changed somewhere.
Tried forums, tried manual, offered to pay for component.
developer cannot be contacted so you are high and dry. You can't buy a licence or support even though website says you can.
Pity. It looked promising
