Without making these guys look too bad, the product works fine, and may work for something in the future, but I bought it for a customer and after 5 days of no communication I asked for a refund, so in short, I own something now I will never use... On the first day I gave my ftp info in my support ticket... after the 5th day (of waiting), I requested a refund.... next morning, the site was up and running... Im still not satisfied... I hate poor communication without a competent reason... Buyer Beware, Buy at your own risk if you don't like to wait or be treated like a cow
Helo, it is our sadness to see your review like this, and moreover that is you also get sad with the problem of our communication.If I was in your position, I sure will re-act the same with you.
We did struggling a few days to find out that the problem with your website is not because our plugin but is the conflict between your code with our VM plugin, anyway we did fix it but it is late for a good review.
I wish both of us can find better way to address this, if I have a chance.
