Over The Top, Beyond What Expected!

Really a remarkable extension for Joomla. I had a few other ticket-oriented systems in the past since late 2009, and well, Billets just blows them all away. And keep in mind, this is probably my third or fourth "pay-for" support system...

The administrative panel is very accessible, easily configurable, and structurally sound. Clearly a fair amount of thought went into the design itself, as it's very user-friendly from an administrative and end-user point of view.

I'm still working on getting the reply by email plugin functioning, but support has been very responsive thus far!

Recommend this extension to anyone looking for a very reliable support ticket system - priced very reasonably.

I too - as with many of the other reviewers - have tried many registration extensions. While most have been non-commercial... I still must say I haven't come across one like this yet.

The AJAX Registration page works perfectly, and has integrated with my template quite well. The added bonus of having security features such as Captcha also made this extension a huge A+ in my book!

Thanks a bunch to the development of this extension! I must say, it worked right out of the box perfectly... and very smoothly as well. The settings on the back-end are more than I need. I've simply nested this form into one of my pages - lovely job!

While I'm still slightly new to Joomla!, having only really been around for about 9 months... I must say I've spent many months looking for exactly what this extension provides. It's extremely efficient, with a great foundation for building clean and professional payment forms.

Extension aside, the developer has been available 24/7. I've had a few technical questions in integrating a few ideas and also some general questions - questions were answered same night. Support provides real-time access behind a few chat programs (e.g. MSN)... I found this to be wonderful.

Thanks again for the great work! Keep it up!
