Broken Extension and No Support

I downloaded this extension with great hope of giving my members a little something back for their loyalty and what I ended up with was an extension that.

1.) Installed Well
2.) Didn't work.

The extension menu displays well but the moment the CB Plugin is activated it crashes the site.

I have contacted support via their website and email and not received a single response. I have waited a generous 2 weeks of zero contact from their support team between contacts and now I am forced to post a review I wished were different.

The extension acts as if it isn't 1.5 native but turning legacy on doesn't change anything. Now I have wasted money, can't get a refund or support as their support team is unreachable.

BUYERS BEWARE: No support and a broken product for a commercial price. Don't waste your money!!!
