The flexibility is fantastic. Love being able to add custom form field attributes and settings on a per field basis in configuration without touching CSS.
Love being able to use standard contact fields or ingore them and use my own HTML for different purposes.
Support is super fast and thorough.
I use a CE form at the bottom of one my sales pages, and our sales are amazing. We probably get at least 2 to 1 inquiries compared to sales which we reply to very promptly, thereby increasing sales. It's nice to be able to have a very well formatted and professional contact us form with a friendly face along side our sales page. Big help!

This component should be listed in a few more categories so that others don't miss it. It has multiple uses.
The JED really needs additional options on the database: Non-commercial, Free but with Ads, Commercial, Multiple options.
There is a lot of ways for you to give feedback, especially in open source community where as end user, you should have enjoyed a lot.
Instead, you blatantly and rudely giving a very destructive feedback rather than constructive feedback in return of this free plugin.
It won't loose you much time & effort by sending one email to our support team, how to or if you want to remove the link and so on.
Many users who knows the etiquette will do this first, and since this is under GPL, if you know how it should work !
Story always has 2 sides.
Whether it is a small plugin, or some of prominent Joomla components to mention some such as JDownloads, Sobi with GPL license, we as developer, spent time to do R&D, to develop, to sacrifice night and weekend and in return, how you can credit it back is by supporting us, either by promoting it (via Link back to author website), or you can support by donating money to our work.
And much more it is even wondering me with suspicion with regards to your act by saying if you have found other Tynt plugin works just fine and rudely commenting our plugin.
If that is the case why don't you just use it , enjoy your own party and do not have to spoil others ?

For your case, it seems like you are enjoying to take and in return by complaining all the free things you have taken.
This is a good start, but needs more work and debugging.
