Setting up this Module is very easy, I had mine up and running in less than 3 mins!
Support for this Module is great too! You can get all your questions answered by the Developer of this Module in very reasonable time.
If you have Kunena this is a must have! And just like "prilly" mentioned, it automatically creates a post on your forum of choice with your account id of choice as well. So if you have a forum dedicated to nothing but B-days you can have that post automatically created by your Staff Account.

Easy to install and configure, we have it pointing directly to our paypal account no problems installing and configuring it at all!
Even the styling was simple to configure to match my site. I can't thank you enough Jodee! I will be sending you a donation for sure! Thanks a lot!
By the way, no Cons on this Module! Yeah Baby! Yeah!
You are able to add Admins for the Chat, multiple windows for private or public chat. You can also ban members, IP addresses and you can also edit the sounds and template (theme) to blend in with your site.

One question though, do you think you will add members avatars in the future? That would really make it beyond awesome! :)
