It's really easy to setup. Their are very less setting to customize, which is a shame. It would be nice if a user clicks on a thumbnail would also have the option to download the original file, instead of only viewing it.

Good generator, it creates a XML file of all the files in your template directory, you can simply fill in the fields about template name etc.
Only thing I miss is that the positions in your index.php won't be searched, so you need to add your positions manually. I'm not sure if that would technically possible, but that would be a nice feature!
