Tigra for JomSocial
I ain't a kind of guy who gets an urge to write a review cuz someone did something great, after all it's their job to do it well.

But, for the first time since I've been using Joomla, and it's been solid 3 years, I've received support and customer care I never ever expected.

I'm a jomsocial user cuz that component is simply the best solution for community, but it always lacked that feature to be able to customize layout, adjust design etc. So when I saw Tigra, I was impressed. Once I installed it, I was even more impressed and believe you me :) it's definitely a must have if you want to play with layout and design.

But as I had some problems before I used Tigra, and wrote to Jomsocial many times and no answer what so ever, I said, lemme try my luck with these guys as they seems to know jomsocial fairly well.

Boy was I no wrong. It took them 5 min to respond. Checked my site immediately. Found glitches after 10 min and after I gave them access to my site, they fixed every single thing I did wrong... due to my own ignorance and due to some outdated components that were causing conflicts. Further they set up Tigra for me exactly as I wanted.

Although it's very user friendly you need to go carefully through all options - so I just said what I wanted and there it was, like magic my darn old community look turned into a fancy looking site.

I must admit my first reaction was, being the hustler that I am, boy I sure tricked them into fixing my site, but then I realized I should respect the effort and find in myself that gratitude I seldom show and say thanks to the entire team. Especially Hell and Marcus.

You guys simply rock!

When we have started creating Tigra, we said that we'll try our best to answer any question within 5-10 minutes. And NEVER give the attitude - it's nothing to do with our product, ask this or that one.

Out of all tickets we had, 95% were not related to Tigra, but we've fixed each and every one of them, as we really care about your site's health and about running Tigra in a healthy environment.

We do consider you all our family and will do our best to surpass your expectations with each new upgrade.
