The restoration was A BREEZE!! It restored my tables, ALL of my files and the site was back up and running LIVE within 30 minutes!!
TO THE CREATOR(S): I must say please don't ever stop making components for Joomla! This is probably one of the best, well designed components i've seen. No bugs that i can tell, the documentation was well written. Well done guys! If i had your address I would send you some beer for this, but then you'd be too drunk to make more awesome products!
However, now that I installed it, I get a blank page when I click Article Manager and when I was going through my site, my hwdvideoshare section is also SOLID WHITE!! So thanks! I was dreaming of a white christmas this year but when it comes to websites? Kinda much dontcha think?

Then I went to go to the Jomsocial community, and BAM! Solid white page. I was confused, and then i uninstalled this, and then Jomsocial came back up!
*sighs* this was a real downer because I thought I had found the perfect Newsletter Component
This IS the first item I have purchased for Joomla! I was a little nervous but it turned out to be worth it. Fully customizable and professional. Wish it had 6 stars :-\
Authors email shows up under the article. Allows for spam. Couldn't find a way to remove it.
Installed the other plugins that work with it, however, they still showed up as not installed in K2. So yeah uhh... Epic Fail....
Let's see...
1. The author email can be hidden of course if you'd saw the related option in the K2 component parameters. It is also "cloaked" as we say in Joomla! lingo, which means that even if it shows up, bots cannot pickup the email address.
2. When you install a K2 plugin (which is a regular Joomla! plugin, that's why it's called "plugin" and not "pepper" or "addon" or whatever) you have to go into the Extensions >> Plugin Manager and simply enable it. I'm sure most K2 extension developers clearly define that.
Last but not least, this "headache" has just won the J!OSCARS award for component of the year... What where people thinking, right?
The service, is ok. I'm currently STILL waiting for support. I integrated into Joomla by following the instructions, however there is some issue with connecting to my hosting service for the chat. I called the number they plaster all over the site, and they answer, but don't say anything. One time, someone did answer but apparently they couldn't speak english???? I'm not racist or anything but I couldn't understand ANYTHING they said!!! I said "I'm sorry, what did you say?" and they didn't respond, just sat there on the phone.
As for chat support, they don't wanna help you. They forward you to the Support site to submit a ticket!!! been a few hours...still waiting! When it comes to sales, they will talk to you immediatly, but as for support, nope..they're in no big hurry.

Our support team leader searched the ticket system, and found only one “on-hold” client last Friday who uses both Joomla and chat hosting. And referring the reason his integration doesn’t work, that’s because he didn’t give us the right account to do the integration and didn’t upload our Joomla chat module online. So if you are the client, we are sorry that we really cannot help you to do the integration. As you know, “one cannot make bricks without straw”.
While our supporters still contact the client for his issue, and then after the account arrived, our support integrate Joomla for him instantly.
In fact, we supply both free installation service and integration service on request. Once the payment comes, our consigner will send an E-mail to confirm the purchase and ask the clients whether need our help to do integration. If he/she need, we will assign a support to do it at once.
For answering call, we offer English service all the time and all staff can speak English to customers. If that’s true, I would like to know how this misunderstanding made. Could you please tell when and how you called us? I hope to improve our service to be better and better.
As for the chat support, we only offer 7*24 live sales support now. As I know, no chat software providers offer 7*24 live support until now.
