A couple of weeks ago I was asked to manage a client's blog which is an EasyBlog installation on their custom made website. The extension itself I found to be very professional and jam packed with adjustable parameters. The support was in a class of its own and really blew me away - this has to be the best help desk support I have ever received.
Sam Teh not only fixed EasyBlog issues for me, but in the twinkling of an eye he also fixed a problem I had spent hours on even though it turned out to not related to EasyBlog. AND he explained how he had fixed it so that I could make similar changes for myself in the future. Sam Teh and Mark Lee, I just couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant.
