I just purchased this extension and have to say that this was money well spent. The feature of having categories/tabs with different icons helps speed up the task of daily admin routines plus having the ability to setup access levels per category is sweet!

This is simple to use and allows you control over selecting your own icons and formatting the text including opening a task in another window.

Highly recommended!
