Peter has been extremely helpful in getting the module to work on my server. There were a few teething trouble when setting it up, especially with server configurations.

However, Peter has always given a speedy response and extremely helpful, (even on a Sunday).

I am glad I persisted with the install and setup for a couple of days. The time put in was really worth it.

This is my first review on here, but I wanted to thank Thong and the guys for a fantastic product and top support. The helpdesk is easy to install and has a great feature set which is constantly increasing.
I have asked lots of questions (before and after buy it) and they have been extremely patient and speedy with their responses and helped me with intergrating it with my template.

The install documentation is very complete and easy to follow, even for a novice like me.

I will be looking at getting some of their other modules in the future.
