AcyMailing Starter
I have just installed and configured with ease the business version of AcyMailing and successfully processed a large subscriber list. Everything I needed to know was available within the component itself or easily found in the developer's documentation.

We've been limping along with another newsletter component for a couple of years now and this extension is so refreshing! It opens up a whole new attitude toward our newsletters and their possibilities.

I've also looked around the AcyMailing forum and find that the product support is excellent as well. I've not yet had to use it because the component is so well built but it is clear that, should I run into something, my problem will be addressed and any issues resolved promptly. And they will kindly and professionally tell me if I've done something stupid.

If you are looking for a newsletter solution complete with styling, integration, statistics, ease of installation and incredible support, you have found it.

Great extension; superior support

BF Survey Basic
We are using BF Survey Pro to conduct customer satisfaction surveys in-house. I was so impressed with the easy-to-use interface of this BF Survey Pro that I downloaded the trial version of BF Quiz and that component has proven to be equally impressive. But then I got a clue to the fantastic support when I received, by e-mail, a detailed notice that the software had been updated - with the update attached!

When I ran into problems after I had launched the survey, the developer's response was amazing. Tim found the problem (leading spaces between the response and the radio buttons), fixed the code to accommodate the spaces, fully explained the fix, and rescued my survey.

This is a great extension and the support is a credit to the Joomla community!
