Thanks for the review Dick! It is highly appreciated. Over the last few months I spent quite a lot of time working on the new plugin, the new website and the elaborate user guides. It is always good to hear people appreciate the hard work. :-) Keeps me motivated.

Huru Helpdesk
This component is very, very, very impressive!

It offers a lot more than its commercial competitors, is a whole lot easier to set up and has a very pleasant template!

WOW!

Big plus (amongst many others): the editable language file in the admin section!

Wish list for future versions:
- a "back" button in the control panel
- a "back to the control panel" button on the control fields (you have to go back through components/huru helpdesk
- a button to add new language files

- a "pro version" with invoices/billing?

question to the developer: what happens with the language file while updating?

Greetz,

Dick

AppointmentBookingPro
This component offers so many extra's (E-mail and SMS reminders, PayPal, Blackberry and iPhone intergration) that it's certainly not a "2 minute job" to set it up and adjust it completely to your own specific needs.
It's a world in it's own.

Rob however offers a very quick response to all the questions and is very patient with people who don't understand everything within 25 seconds but want to be up-n-running in 30.

It may not be a $10,000.- custom made solution, but jeez.... it's close!

Thanks!

This component is amazing!
Not only the component, which makes it possible to build almost any form you need...
There is also the excellent documentation (!!!!!) and the great online help.
The big question is: how is it possible that this component isn't commercial?
All the time and effort fom the developper...

Many, many thanks!

A few weeks before I saw this module I was strugling with the impossibillity of the use of plugins in modules.
I wanted to use the YooTooltip plugin in the "left" module postion (in a custom html module).
That did not work.
Bummer!

But hey...
suddenly there seemed to be a solution!
A 1.9kb module that opened possibilities.
A quick test with a simple gallery plugin resulted in a big 'hurray'.
But then...
Bummer!
The module could not deal with the more complexe syntax of the YooToolTip plugin.

I wrote an e-mail to the developper explaining the malfunction.
And within one hour I received a completely redevelopped and expanded module that took care of everything!
It's up and running now!

Five stars and two thumbs up!
