It has been a while ago since I've started to use JComments. I was a very satisfied customer, but suddenly the application stopped working.
I tried an upgrade, but that didn't work.
So I've posted a 'bug report' on their forum, and I have been helped very, very well. The problem was not JComments but another app.
I am a very satisfied user again, not only for the functionality but also because of the support via their homepage/forum!
