Update Manager for Joomla!
This is the second automatic update utility I've used (the first being Joomla Updater) and it does everything! I had one website where the Joomla Updater overwrote the template, because it automatically used the full package, but this extension gives you the option of either the full or patch package. It's what every Joomla web developer needs. It saves me so much time over doing it the traditional way, and it works perfectly. Way to go, developers!
