Advanced Module Manager
I use this on every website I build. It makes the module admin so easy and although it might seem complex at first glance, it makes maintaining the module layout of a site so much easier in the long run. Thanks NoNumber, much appreciated!

Weever Apps
The back-end interface is intuitive and with the variety of features catered for, the weever app seems to provide something for every website - blogs, social media feeds, one-touch contact, video/photo stream, events...We use it on the Irish Joomla User Group website and it's gotten a lot of positive feedback from our members. The only disadvantage is there is no forum integration as of yet. Most importantly, the developers are approachable and enthusiastic and we're really looking forward to seeing how this extension develops.
