Well, I guess what really makes the difference between a good and an excellent extension is the support. The support for SH404SEF is simply excellent, the support guy takes all the necessary time to understand your problem and fix it even if it means exchanging 20 messages on the support forum.

This extension does exactly what it needs. Very quick, easy to install and intuitive.
Very good support as I needed a little tweak in the PHP code and Tuan did it right way through a Skype contact.
