I was just looking for something like this for months. On some of my websites, I needed to show some content for guests that shouldn't be seen when you're members ( this can be site map, some articles etc ..). And with Joomla!, basically, you can hide content to someone when he has a lower level to you, but reverse wasn't possible .. until this extension.

I bought a pro version (400$) a few months ago, and I want to say that the componant itself is great BUT the support is really poor. If they can't help you, they WON'T answer your tickets, which is incredible when you buy a comp' at such price ...
