If you're new to joomla as I am, this one might take awhile to wrap your head around. Once you understand all it's switches and settings, it's very good.

Some of the documentation seemed outdated if your using Joomla 2.5.

I'm fairly new to joomla, and know little about coding CSS. A recent project required a custom template. Luckily I found this package. It installed clean, makes clean templates and I had my first version done in an hour or so. If you are new there is a slight learning curve but once you learn it it's a breeze.
