I have tried 3 different free galleries and struggled with issues that I could not resolve so I decided to purchase one knowing I could then ask for support. I chose this gallery extension because of the previous reviews stating how good support was.
I am a total Joomla newbie with only 2 weeks experience, this extension was easy to install, configure and publish right from the off, perfect for someone like me!
The only problem I had was that I couldn't get the layout I wanted, I contacted support at 7:54pm Friday night and 5 minutes later I had my support - excellent!
The support staff offered suggestions and when they did not work they then logged into my admin and sorted it for me, it couldn't get any better! As it transpires the issue was with my template NOT the gallery (lesson learned there!)
If I need another extension I will be checking 2J first.
