I had just installed joomlapack on my test site to review it, and backup'ed it. It was fast and went very easily, so I thought "Wait a minute, that can't be right"...

Still I went on with my daily extension experimentation and what what? I get "Restricted Area" on every page, front-end or back-end, and cannot log back in! (I had just enabled jcs plugins). The website is ruined (read: Oh noes, it's going to take a while to figure this one out).

But JoomlaPack to the rescue. I got the backup archive unzipped (using cpanel) over the "ruined" site, followed the steps from the installation/index.php page. Et voilà, my test site is back to its former self!

Could hardly believe that so fast a backup process could work so well.
