Most important: It actually does what it says it will do, quickly and elegantly. You have to love things that just work, right out of the box.

I have a live j1.0 site that I'm trying to move to a new server and migrate to j1.5 at the same time, but the live content gets updated frequently and I can't afford a lot of downtime.

Export Content has made it possible for me to build out the dev site first and then move newer content right before the switch, without having to hassle with database issues.

This may be the single most valuable utility I've used in the last five years.
