I am fairly new to Joomla, EasyBlog and all of its components so I needed a lot of help - and boy did I get it. Sam went way beyond what I could have ever hoped for in a support person. He solved issues for me which were well past just EasyBlog issues. I cannot recommend the product and the support enough. Thank you, thank you.
