This extension is a must for everyone serious about selling online as it gives you plenty of different ways to keep in touch with your customers without having to do anything yourself.
There is a huge list of tags to play with and the email editor is a very welcome feature.
To say that the developer support is great is an understatement. The developer is quick to respond and solved my problem in no time. I was having an issue with the emails which was actually related to another component that was overriding the emails. Despite not being the fault of Interamind's component, they fixed it for me.
5 stars more than well deserved!

I had a few difficulties with getting the component working but that was due to not setting up the component properly (my mistake). The developers replied promptly to my emails and got everything up and running for me in no time. The level of service so far has been outstanding to say the least.
I would suggest this extension for every store (i installed it on my vM2 store)

I needed some minor changes and after contacting PWeb they answered my questions within an hour, providing all the answers i needed.

Before trying ccVAOM, i was using a self-made program in Excel. Although i was using lookup formulas and a lot of macros, it was a bit of tedious work and took some time to accomplish.
Honestly, at first i did not care and the excel program was fine to start with. As my business grew and more orders came in, i had less much time to spend on invoices (sometimes i delayed them up to 2 weeks...).
I am already using cciDEAL from Chill Creations on my website and so i decided to have a try at ccVAOM as well.
Installation was easy and i immediately procceeded to customizing the template. Although ccVAOM has a large variety of tags available, there was one that i needed which was not available at the moment (price including tax per single quantity).
Using the ticket support system on the Chill Creations website i asked for assistance. The level of service at CC is amazing to say the least. They got back to me very fast and fixed the problem (more like feature request actually) for me.
5 stars well deserved for both the extension and the service. Keep it up!

No problems whatsoever and the installation and configuration of the module was only a matter of seconds.
