After trying many Help desk systems, I decided to use obhelpdesk for my own website. I paid for obhelpdesk not only because it is cheaper as compared to several other, but also because I like its user-friendly interface. What I especially love about obhelpdesk is its build-in Google translate (it's very cool), which helps me translate English or other languages to my active language (Japanese). Another utility that I appreciate is its ability to mark stars for important tickets, and they always appear on the dashboard to allow for quick access.
I like the dashboard, which make administrating tickets simpler and effective. However, the fact that graphs always display makes page loading a bit slow.
In my opinion, this is the best help-desk component and there's no reason why does not deserve 5 stars.
