Haitus
Install was smooth - everything - except for some broken icons on the confirmation page. Then eager to get start I click on the component only to be brought to a blank screen. Not working.
Tech support was less then expected for a commercial product. I tried another free product and it worked - but still not what I wanted. I want this one to work as promised.
Once I brought the matter to tech support attention this was their ticket reply:
We have investigated the issue. The component appears to be in your Members Area and is available for download.
We presume something might be wrong on your side.
Try downloading the component once again or using another browser for download. Should the problem persist, let us know please and we will assist further.
Besides, there is no license anymore. It used to be several years ago. At present, all you have to do to get an extension is to make a payment. Once this is done, a download link appears in your Members Area.
I have deleted the article from our forum in order not to confuse customers. Sorry for the inconvenience caused."
Now come on - let not blame the customer. I am an experience server manager, and website designer, I may be new to joomla - but Iam not clueless...just maybe there's a problem with your code.
Documentation is poor, this could help give your buyers some direction.

In no way did we want to offend or blame you. It is sad to hear this miscommunication took place.
We fully agree that sometimes errors occur when installing software. Moreover, we admit that it as well may happen due to defects in our software. However we are always willing to assist in fixing them and finding a solution to make our customers happy.
I hope we will have a chance to salvage your expectations.
