In my case, the extension did not work out of the box and I had to wait 48 hours (it was a weekend) before the issue was investigated. It was resolved after a few hours, but when I inquired as to what the issue was, I was just told it was a "caching problem". So, I am none the wiser and any other users of this extension, with a similar problem, will not be able to learn from my experience. A missed opportunity.
If developers are going to make a product commercial, then they need to give more thought to users, offering clear instructions and, certainly for new launches, be prepared to offer a faster response. Failing which, they should be prepared to offer the product free until such time as they have some experience of any issues. Purchasers of commercial extensions should not be used as guinea pigs, instead, software should be properly tested and comprehensive instructions provided, especially, as in this case, where the User Interface is non-existent.
This developer would do well to consider the contents of this review carefully given they offer a range of other extensions, and I for one, would no longer be prepared to consider their other extensions as a consequence of this experience.
I have learned another valuable lesson, I will no longer buy any extensions where there is zero feedback, irrespective of whether it is a new launch.

However, support is slow and it is necessary to badger the Hanoi based developer to respond to tickets, even when they are "open for business", taking account of the time differences and the fact they don't work weekends.
That said, once the developer is on the case, he is very accommodating and even completed some voluntary modifications for me.
This is a premium priced extension and for this reason, I think support should be faster and more accessible. When paying for a premium product I, like many others, expect a more responsive support system.
