LazyBackup 2
This is an easy-to-use and promising extension. However I faced the following problems. And sorry for the lengthy review, but I faced these problems on several sites that I'm running, and I feel that I should report them so that the programmer rectifies the situation in the coming releases.

1. Although I entered the absolute path (/home/mysite/public_html/my_backup_folder), and the directory is writeable (755), no database is saved!
The check file is there is the folder, but not backup takes place.

2. The only thing I get is email backup, which is fine, except for the fact that it never backs up my database until I edit the lazybackup plugin. (Although I don't change any setting, I just need to click edit, and then save, and an email is sent to me with the database). If I don't do that, it will never backup my database.

NB:
- I set the plugin to backup the database once daily.
- "Make backup always on admin page refresh" option is set to "no".

3. I have a site that is in Arabic, and the database backup is a mess, the Arabic characters are saved as strange characters.

Thanks.

CK Forms
I was on the verge of saying that this component in almost perfect, but I tried it on several sites, and one I exceed 7 or 8 fields, the users get this error message once they submit it:

Illegal variable _files or _env or _get or _post or _cookie or _server or _session or globals passed to script.

Suggestions for future releases:
- I hope a button in added to copy forms and fields, to eliminate repetition.

- csv backup does not support Arabic

- I hope there is a way to grasp the sender's IP address.

- I'm using it for e-exams, so I hope that there is hidden field (other than lables because it is viewable in the page source) where I can put the answers of the question, so when I view the student answers or the notification emails, I have the model answers next to the students' so that I can compare.

But all in all, a very nice and easy to use component!

Hi,

to solve the problem "Illegal variable _files or _env or _get or _post or _cookie or _server or _session or globals passed to script.
see the link http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/ckforms/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=17458

And all your suggestions will be present in the next release.

Joomlapraise SubmitMailer
Great extension. It made my life easier! :)

I'm facing a small problem. Once I approve the articles, I have to go to go to the control panel again to tick "front page" option.
All approved articles are not published on the front page. Is there a way to make them approved (published) + on front page?

Thanks and keep up the good work!

It's really great.
I just hope you add a field where the subscriber can add his/her country, so that the admin can know the geographical popularity of the site + can send custom emails to the subscribers from specific geographic locations.

Thanks for a job well done!

MyLinks
Great job.
Suggestions:

1- Some users would add hundreds of links.
So, it's a good idea to let the admin (or maybe the users also) set a number of links to appear, and after that a "NEXT" link appears at the end of the column and the user can click to see the rest of his/her added articles.

2- Do you consider allowing member to choose a folder to save the link in? That would be really really handy.

Keep it up!
