Akeeba Backup
This is an absolute must have for any webmaster using Joomla. it's easy to use, works perfectly fine and is really easy to administer your backups.

I cannot say enough good things about this extension.

Ninja Clicky
Pros: Easy to install for the Joomla beginner. The fact that you only need you Clicky's Site ID, and nothing else makes it a breeze to set up. Great support, I immediately found the answer to my question I was having issue with it getting to track at first, but it turns our I just needed to put the module in a position that exists within my template.

Cons: No real control. Anyone more than a beginner in Joomla will find this module unnecessary. The parameters didn't seem to want to make any changes that I set. What I now have is the tracking code Clicky gave me in a custom HTML module. It works just as good and you'll have complete control over it.

Overall, this is a great module for beginner webmasters, anyone else can can safely pass on this.

Simple Redirect
This simple redirect works as advertised. Though I do think pasting the redirect code within an article itself is a rather inelegant solution. With that in mind it's not the most user-friendly extension.

Normally I use the ReDJ for redirecting. But for some reason it won't install on our Joomla install because it can't find the install package. So I used this as an alternative till we get that sorted out (We use the JA T3 framework).

Pros: Works as advertised
Cons: Not user friendly

As a Joomla intermediate, (using Joomla 1.5 for roughly a year) I can say this a good, easy to use, non-coder friendly plugin. Easy to set up your layout from the admin; you don't need to go into the CSS document itself to tweak things.

I do have one issue though. There's no way to paginate the thumbnails. The website I'm working on has a lot of pictures (Almost 200. It's a dental office). And being able to paginate the thumbnail gallery within the article would be very nice.

Overall a good plugin. Not perfect, but good, especially for the Joomla beginner.

First and foremost: Thanks for the review!

About pagination. I don't know what effect or functionality you exactly expect, but myFlickr supports native, provided by flickr API pagination. I encourage you to read more about it here:

It's a tutorial that's explains how can you split single photosets (or whatever feed you're using) into several smaller ones. Tutorial uses native joomla 1.5 pagination.

I know, it's not automatic but it's something :) And usually it does the job. If you need help, simply email me (you can find my email on the projects website).

Scroller for RSMonials
I use this module with a website I'm currently working on, and this module works as advertised.

One thing I'd like to note is the "read more" link at the bottom of the module that you can use to go to the content page. More people need to implement this.

Great job.
