I believe ZOO has great potential, but the documentation and support is VERY bad!! Even as a paying customer the support is below all quality. I agree with a previous reviewer that your left alone.

This extension is very straight forward and is fully compliant with the new European laws with regard to double opt-in. Highly recommended with an excellent online support desk!

This could become the best blog system for Joomla, but a lot still has to happen before it is usable.

It's very unstable and the support is extremely bad. There is no reaction to support tickets and the forum isn't active.

Current problems include that there is no search function, category selection doesn't work, nor does RSS feeds. The integrated editor is unstable, lack of documentation, one often receive error codes or empty pages, add-ons doesn't work as they should etc, etc.

I believe the owner needs help from the community to make this a usable blog-tool. He doesn't seem to have the time to work on the tool.
