My unqualified support for this brilliant product. Congratulations to Nicholas and the team at Akeeba. It is a pleasure to use on both a Live Site as well as a Developing Site.

Many extensions present their own quirks - such is life in Joomla land - but with this product, if you use it correctly, you will have no such pains.

It's very simple and so easy: Backup before you install any new extension. It only takes a few minutes (even on a big site). Install your new extension or even do your template tuning. Often you may have no problem, but sometimes things do not work as you had hoped.

No sweat, just follow the easy restore process and you will have your site back to the state you had it in a matter of minutes. No pain at all.

I even use it to go live with a site for the first time. Develop local - backup and then restore to the server where it will run live.

What more could one ask for?
