I can't believe the poor comments here. This component is excellent and i use it on multiple sites. We are also component developers and know what goes into this. I would not even attempt to develop my own ticket system as this can not be surpassed. Dioscouri products are the best. Support is excellent and responsive. No-one can make a component that completely suits the needs of all potential users, but what is here hits the mark. I don't see any other features that it needs. GREAT JOB DIOSCOURI!!!

I did have an issue and after a bit of research i discovered it was an error caused by a line of code missing in the joomla .12 update, not the extension itself.
