I did not think that a "Module Class Suffix" was needed since the module does not display when set up correctly.
Of course you much choose "show title"- No in the module manager. I was under the impression that clicking No there was pretty easy?
I know it is difficult to read instructions, I almost never, especially for simple extensions. But #5 of 8 instructions steps in the documentation says:
"Click on the Refresh Page Module link and set Show Title to no and set the page refresh interval in seconds."
This was my first rating for all my extensions that was below 5. I try real hard to think of everything and provide adequate documentation. I know how frustrating it can be to download extensions that do not work!

note that you must create a public_html/music directory and put your songs into it
