This component has a lot of configuration options. It supports a lot of languages and - more important - a lot of native and third-party components like joomla content, K2, AcePolls, Phoca Download, VirtueMart and even Community Builder: On the developer's site, you can download a special plug-in for writing using JComments in Community Builder profiles (for free!). That plug-in allows your users to comment each others profiles.

The component is easy to install and to administrate. It has a great access rights system and some very useful customization possibilities.

I was looking for a simple counter module and some statistics component for my Joomla 2.5 based website and found this one. It works as described without problems.

For the module, there are a lot of useful options (layout/information displayed/bots exclusion/IPs blocking) and I was able to customize it very fast.

The component is very simple: you can list the users by their IP address and give that IPs some aliases in order to be able to recognize particular visitors easier.

A big PRO is a good documentation included in the backend section of the component. It not only explains the given options but also shows screenshots for better understanding.

Especially for the component, I hope the developer will add new features soon (like: Which sections of my website were visited the most? Where do the visitors come from? Which link did they use to come to my website? etc.) but for now this extension works as intended.
