Because it is both an English as a metric system!
You let your visitors choose between metric or english system. It is a option on your website, not on the backend.
So I cannot see why you would say it is a English system only. Please look more closely on my demo site. You will see the option there. And this option comes with the download. So you have both.
I never said it would be free.

Yes it is very elementary but it's not like I am asking for 100 dollars for it.
I'll might create an improved version later. But for now, this suits just fine for a lot of people for just 1 euro (1,5 dollar).
