Just install the plug in, enable it and put in your reCaptcha public and private keys from Google.
In order to use reCaptcha, you must have a Google account, and generate reCaptcha API keys for your domain.

I downloaded and installed both JNews and acyMailing.
JNews installed very easily and has a very nice look-n-feel to it.
I wish it came with more than one sample template.
