Not that versatile

Looking for a solution to list on a nice way our courses for the fire department, i noticed BT Portfolio. In the demo, it looked clean and very professional. And at first it seemed very easy to setup. Onfortunately the component isn't versatile and the level of support is very poor. I purchased the component, but it is still full of bugs. Now the developer released a new version - but i can't upgrade and the developer fails to send a notification of upgrade. If you are looking for a quick way to show - it is a great solution. For the level of versatility it is way too expensive. It was worth a try for $30,- . Because the lack of support on the forum or email now i am looking further for a more versatile component. I will think twice for buying again from this developer. Too bad - because it looks promising.

Hi!

First, We are sorry about bug of our extensions. Now, we have been upgraded versions and fix all bugs. Second, I understand why you are not happy about our support services. You post a question to our support forum and we answered your question late(26 hours). So we give you instruction for download update versions and you confirmed that everything is completed. I am sorry for reply you late, but it was the Sunday and we have not worked in the office.
