First, We are sorry about bug of our extensions. Now, we have been upgraded versions and fix all bugs. Second, I understand why you are not happy about our support services. You post a question to our support forum and we answered your question late(26 hours). So we give you instruction for download update versions and you confirmed that everything is completed. I am sorry for reply you late, but it was the Sunday and we have not worked in the office.
