Rated "very poor" for just one reason: No direct link to the product. i have to get through hell to find information about this on the given website.

Then, when arrived on the wapple.net website, they are still unable to say what they offer. It´s a typical juppy website which try to impress by elegant technical statements and modern design, but without saying anything useful.

For me this means: beware at all costs.

I faced some problems restoring the forms backup made in Joomla 1.0 environment, while updating it into a Joomla 1.5 website. I got 1st class support, prompt answers and a fast solution that worked right "out of the box".
