GalleryTab - JoomGallery User Galleries for CB
This is an old plugin and doesn't work with 1.2.1 community builder without hacking your system to hell. Upon install you receieve "Cannot Access Directly" when clicking on member tabs.

If you wanna waste your time go for it.
