Like others who have reviewed this product, I very rarely find products noteworthy enough to sit down and write a review. However, Joomlas2go is the exception.

As a web designer who works solely in joomla, to find a product which is a total turnkey package from installation to operation is remarkable.

The time I spent setting up WAMP, XAMPP, VertrigoServ and other local hosts, loaded joomla and unzipped it and set up my sql base, even for one project, can be laborious but when you work on many projects it becomes an irritant. The solution, Joomlas2go.

Simply install the application file, yes one file. Decide on the project name for the directory in the root of the drive you are using; select the version of joomla you wish and whether you want the sample data or not and that’s it. Sit back and the program sets up joomla on your preferred working browser. Shortcut your project to your desktop for the start button and you will find the stop button in your desktop tray. One button to start. One button to stop. No need to set up sql, one is set up for you but if you need more then it is simple to do so.

Gabriel, you are a star. Yes it is a setup for the beginner, but is a must for designers and developers.
