This is undoubtedly the best and most promising Joomla! Ticketing system . For a newcomer to the Ticketing scene, RSTickets Pro is certainly a mature extension, easy to work with and setup and easily customizable.

Support is also excellent with quick responses during Support Times.

Reply by Email does not throw illegible text like Billets does. The code is clean and lightweight and the Development Team open to suggestions.

I highly recommend this as a Ticketing System of choice.

Theres still a lot of work to be done and this is still in early development stages. Setup is complicated but manageable.

The smartest, conflict free commenting system out there. Tested with mosts popular template frameworks and comes out tops. I am currently replacing JomComment and RS Comments on many sites with this one.

Setup is a breeze and the scripts used and the overheads are very light.

The previous reviewer is certainly mistaken about the price. This extension is part of a bundle of different extensions.

We regret starting out a new Project with this extension. Documentation is lacking as well as issues that should not really be existant in a Stable release.

If you are looking for solutions that clients can manage on their own, this is not for you. The extension needs to go a long way before it can be useable.

As you can see from other reviews we are already ready to help and solve the issue. We cannot be sure that the extension will work our of the box on any server because there are sometimes server misconfigurations, other conflicting extensions, etc.

You can just contact us with the issues and we will be happy to solve them. It's difficult to help you if you don't let us know what issues you have.

I have been working with JomSocial since it initial pre release and can recommend it for anyone wanting to set up an all inclusive COmmunity Social Website using Joomla! .

Development is very very active and Support is excellent. Almost all the features you would want in a Social site are all wrapped into one package.

The extension is very outdated as far as features required in modern web form requirements go. If the Developers are not going to actively develop this extension ( last update was a year ago ), I honestly see no functional use for it on the websites of today.
