Potentially, on the paper, it should have been my choice of extension to be used for forms. It has many options and capabilities. However, recently the support became non-existent. Personally, I have submitted support tickets a week ago, and no one bothers to reply. Many users have complained about it, and at some stage the developer has announced the recruitment of another person, but since then things have gone down hill again.
The extension has issues and bugs that need to be resolved. That's why I need answers, but there's no one to answer. There's simply no support whatsoever.

the support was never gone, please give us some time to clear the backlog and review our terms & conditions about reaction times.

I cannot agree to your statement about bugs. There is no blocking bug in the current release. Please ask the support (yes, there is support), it might be a server or site setup problem.
