One thing: this is very much still a BETA project.
Two: support is $70/month. Expect to need a couple of those.
Three: some bits just don't work. This is not suitable for professional work yet.
However having said that their support is usually really great. But if the problem is too hard, they may not do it. This is my hard experience having worked with two major projects with them over the last year and a half.
Nathan, Thanks for pointing out that this IS still a beta project - however it is a 'production beta' - meaning it will work fine for SOME users (if you don't need some of the features that aren't finished yet).
Many users are working with it just fine - and many don't even need any support.
The latest release (0.9.0) is VERY much closer to stable and 'just about' ready for full production use (see our site for a list of the areas that aren't complete yet).
And if anyone has questions about any of the features please feel free to ask in our support center (you don't need a subscription to ask the status of features or IF Tienda will do something).
Lacked thorough documentation: had to figure out that in the config section under pdf, had to change the image option from 4 to 1 as this decreases the image sizes by a quarter otherwise!
Could download Helvetica to get a good normal font.
Sorted out sh404SEF compatibility problem - stuffed me around for half an hour (in sh404SEF -> config -> very adv -> $shDefaultParams['sh404SEF_PROTECT_AGAINST_DOCUMENT_TYPE_ERROR'] = 0; Change 0 to 1 ---this may stuff up other plugins as the notation says.
