DT Register provides a lot of functionality and it quite flexible. If had not had any issues then I would probably rate this as 5 star. However, getting support when I had an issue is a taxing experience. One each occasion I have waited a long time for the Ticket to be assigned and even longer for the resolution. If your site is live, this can cause immense stress.
This user has been assisted in multiple tickets, mostly on the same day. In two tickets, there was a brief delay, which had good reason on our end. This was explained to the user, and more importantly, the question and issues were quickly resolved. Thanks.
