For mysite it works very well you can import alot of Youtube content very quickly by search or user with category's etc and the modules are extensive to show them in different formats and its the busiest part of mysite.
The new version does now work as it should there are a few rough edges, but there have been a steady flow of updates.
The support has got better but could be better, but saying that, when I had problems with earlier versions they did a special version to work on mysite till an update was ready, which they installed for me at no extra cost. In my experience email them directly..
So I think its worth a look.
